Proofed is excited to welcome Callum Carlstrom as the inaugural hire on our marketing team to take on the marketing manager position. In this role, Callum will look for ways to better serve each segment of our growing market, offering tailored communications while helping us grow our business across all customer segments.
Hailing from Sweden, Callum brings experience in developing and implementing full-scale marketing strategies for startups and SMEs in the technology space, making him perfectly positioned to help us reach the next stage of our growth and provide custom proofreading and editing services for our business clients.
The role is expansive, but key goals Callum will be striving for include:

● Exploring new marketing opportunities to increase Proofed’s reach.
● Overseeing customer communications to ensure messaging comes through clearly.
● Supporting the growth of Proofed’s managed business services.

These contributions will help ensure that we can better meet our customers’ proofreading and editing needs while also sustaining company growth. In particular, Callum’s role represents a renewed focus on businesses, which will ensure we deliver valuable content, along with a more tailored user journey and experience for this customer segment.
This hire also marks an important milestone in our growth strategy, building on recent additions to the sales team, including the company’s new head of sales, Brandon Dyer.
