Background and experience
I’ve been working part-time as an ESL teacher for a few years and wanted another way to apply my interest in language, so proofreading seemed like a natural fit. The Knowadays courses were a great introduction and confirmed I’d found the right fit.
Why I love proofreading and editing
My favourite thing is the flexibility, as I can work on my own schedule and from any location.
The other things I think are great about working for Proofed are the variety of projects and topics, and even though it’s a remote role, I feel really supported.
