After teaching English for many years, I decided to help people, one-on-one, to communicate better.
Background and experience
I taught English, history and special education for several years. I've also taken writing and screenwriting courses in school.
Why I love proofreading and editing
Finding errors in documents feels like a treasure hunt.
Favorite book:
My favourite books depend on the position of the sun, meaning that's not a simple question. The last two books that really moved me were “The Shadow King” and “The Death of Vivek Oji.”
Hobbies:
When I'm not proofreading, I can be found with my nose in a book.
