Why I love proofreading and editing
I enjoy improving the writing of others and catching those little mistakes that others tend to miss. I also enjoy taking a document and making it clear and concise to reduce the likelihood of misunderstandings.

Currently, the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling is my favorite.
Hobbies:
When I'm not proofreading, you can find me reading or trying to figure out a new piece of software I just acquired.
Editing tips:
When proofreading a document, I like to check for one type of error at a time. I also find reading out loud helps me find errors.
