I like APA because it is the one I have used the most.
Why I became an editor
I studied geography at university. My favourite part of the course was researching and writing essays. I couldn't get enough, so I began to help others type and present their essays and dissertations. I enjoyed that even more!
Proofreading allows me to help anyone who likes to write.

I have been in the aviation industry for 24 years.
Why I love proofreading and editing
I love helping people who have great ideas and want them to be presented error-free. I am especially keen to help anyone in the humanities and political fields.
Favorite book:
I love any good murder-mystery or thriller. I also enjoying reading children's books with my young children. We particularly enjoy books by an author called Nadia Shireen.
Hobbies:
When I am not proofreading, I love flying aeroplanes, running, skiing and mountain biking.
Editing tips:
I like to read a document at least once before I start to proofread it. It is important to understand what the author is saying before I correct how they are saying it.
