Why I became an editor
I studied psychology at my university and gained exposure to many subjects, such as mental health, sociology, and human behavior. It was during this time that I realized my love for grammar and writing. I pursued proofreading because it combines my love for helping people, reading, and writing into one enjoyable activity.

In addition to proofreading, I have also worked as a copywriter in the health and personal development fields. I love crafting blogs, articles, emails, and web pages.
Why I love proofreading and editing
I love helping people perfect their writing. I enjoy editing and proofreading any writing that involves psychology, mental health, social sciences, business, or languages. I am very experienced with academic and business writing from both my education and work history.

My favorite book is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
Hobbies:
When I'm not proofreading, I'm most likely painting, cooking a new recipe, or hiking with friends.
Editing tips:
I like to read over the document several times to get to know the author's voice and style. Then, I go back and make edits to preserve the author's original message and tone.
