As a scientist, I support the idea that all knowledge should be accessible to everyone wanting to learn.
Background and experience
My first real experience with proofreading came from helping friends and family with their essays. I would like to extend this by helping as many people as possible, putting words to paper and spreading the knowledge available.
Why I love proofreading and editing
Reading is enjoyed the most when the text reads so fluently that you lose track of time. As a proofreader, I enjoy helping others’ writing to achieve this form. As a scientist by education, I enjoy any subject on nutrition, Biology, and Biotechnology. However, as a reader, I get the most pleasure from reading history or historical fiction. Proofreading allows me to learn new things, read about new ideas, and help those writing it achieve a fluent style.

Hobbies:
I enjoy nature walks and visiting the sea to get the purest form of fresh air.
Editing tips:
When I receive a document, I like to read it first to understand what the writer is trying to bring to paper. With that in mind, the tone of the author is easier to preserve.
