Proofed assigns each business client a key account manager, who builds a dedicated editorial team and trains the editors on the client's style guide during onboarding. Clients submit content through their preferred platform—whether that's a CMS integration, API, or the Proofed dashboard. Every order goes through a multi-layer quality review process where editors check content against the client's standards and a reviewer validates the work before delivery to ensure consistency. The account manager collects feedback from each project and updates the team's training to improve accuracy over time.

- **Regular**: One business day (documents up to 3,000 words guaranteed within 24 hours)
- **Express**: Overnight
- **Rapid**: Same day

### Integration

Proofed works within client platforms including Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, and offers API integration. Clients can also use the Proofed platform directly.

## Pricing Plans

- **On Demand**: Pay-as-you-go from $78 per 1,000 words of editing. Self-managed through the Proofed platform with single style guide support and access to a shared pool of 750+ editors.
- **Subscription** (Best Value): From $2,100/month with $100/month in management fees and $2,000/month in service fees, which includes approximately 40,000 words of editing. Best suited for predictable content volumes. Clients receive custom turnaround times, priority customer support, API access for automated submissions, custom reporting and insights, term-based and volume-based discounts, carryover credit (up to 50% of unused spend), and overage allowance. Includes approximately 30 hours of dedicated service time. Minimum 12-month commitment.
- **Flex**: From $500/month (management fee only) with service fees that fluctuates based on content volume. Best suited for unpredictable content volumes. Clients receive a dedicated account manager who builds and coordinates a curated editorial team trained on multiple style guides. The account manager handles editor assignments, quality oversight, and workflow optimization. Includes white-glove onboarding, enhanced customer support, priority turnaround times, advanced reporting, and editors can work directly in the client's CMS, via API, or in the Proofed platform. Minimum 6-month commitment.
- **Individual Pricing**: Pay-as-you-go from $35 per 1,000 words of proofreading. Upload directly to the Proofed platform.
